Originally the assignment was to: bring joy to people out side of school. We decided to repeat the assignment the following years due to strange times.
Collaboration with Hilda Stefansdottir and Katla Ros Voludottir, assistance from Sara Rína, Sophie Troppmair and Rangar Már Nikulásson.
We wanted to activate store workers on Laugarvegur artistically, the main shopping street in Iceland. Because at that time The Iceland Academy of the Arts was supposed to move down town. We got people to draw a picture on one peace of paper and write one sentance on another.
The projects were done in one day and at the end of the day we had an open exhibition in a cozy cafe on Laugarvegur. Each year the local news paper did a story on this project.
